Since 1905.... Cutler Lake Lodge in Massey Ontario has offered comfortable and unique accommodations. We are pleased to carry on this tradition and would love to welcome you to a wilderness experience combined with modern conveniences. Come to wonderful Northern Ontario and stay at Cutler Lake Lodge.

It doesn’t matter what kind of leisure-time-activities you prefer; fishing, bird watching, snowmobiling,    swimming, or just want to take some time to relax......

WINTER (SEE PICTURES)
Winter is the season having the shortest days and the lowest temperatures. Passing winter season change the habits and moods of people. To escape a winter depression come and stay at Cutler Lake Lodge.

Ice fishing is truly one of Canada's great winter traditions. Here at Cutler Lake Lodge you can ice fish from our fish huts with a wood stove or propane stove.
We even encourage you to come and practice your figure skating or hockey skills on Cutler Lake. Have fun and enjoy your little tournament with your friends.

There are hundreds of miles cross country ski routs in the area, or you can drive just 20 min for an enjoyable downhill skiing in Espanola.
The Snowmobile trail system crossed several lakes and going through our property. Our licensed restaurant is also open during winter season.

SPRING
Spring is the end of winter, and the culmination of lengthening days. Spring is seen as a time of growth, renewal, of new life (both plant and animal) being born.

Early  Fishing Season (May-June) can literally produce a fish on every single cast. Walleye and Northern Pike will move into staging areas adjacent to spawning beds for several weeks after ice off.
This season between winter and summer, during which the spring weather becomes warmer and plants revive, flower blooms, humming birds arrive, animals come out of their hibernation and we get the urge to get out and enjoy the country side. The season of birth and renewal begen  at this time. New   Summer Season  at Cutler Lake Resort started on Victoria Day (May 16,2009)

SUMMER (SEE PICTURES)
Summer is the warmest season of the year brings a traditional family at the summer cottage. The un-crowded beach and clean warm waters of Cutler and Maple Lakes are perfect for boating, swimming, canoeing and fishing.

We encourage you to experience the beauty of our lakes and offer 1 hour boat trip. If all of that activity isn’t your style, then simply relax & enjoy the spectacular views from the deck or from the Restaurant Patio.

Mid-Fishing Season (July-August) most always reduces the chance for cold fronts Stable weather produces good quality fishing. Locations, strategies, and presentations will vary from spring patterns. Walleyes and Northern Pike will hold in slightly deeper water and then move into shallow structure/cover areas for feeding. Good numbers all species. Best time for larger Walleyes.

AUTUMN (SEE PICTURES)
Fall the season between summer and winter is the most colourful of all the 4 seasons. The fall weekend getaway season usually falls in September, October, and November when the leaves give us colour, the nights get cooler. The fall colors are usually at their best in early October.
Late Fishing Season (September) is the most beautiful time of all and offers outstanding fishing. Water temperatures start to drop and again this triggers a change in patterns. Northern Pike and Walleyes generally move shallow and become aggressive.
Ontario Big Game and Small Game hunting is world class at Cutler Lake Resort .You can explore thousand acres of Crown Land right at the back of Cutler Lake Lodge property with excellent bear/moose/ deer/ duck hunting.
